Product Delivery and Pickup

In-Store Pickup

If you choose to pick up your order in-store, it will be prepared within the time frame indicated for the selected item. You will be notified by email and/or phone when the order is ready.

Home Delivery

If you select home delivery, your order will be delivered within the time frame indicated for the selected item.
Important: Some products may have non-standard delivery times. For more accurate information, please contact us at +370 684 26228.
Delivery fee is €2,99, which is automatically added to the total order price.
Orders are delivered by DPD or Venipak courier to your specified address within 1–3 business days, between 8:00 and 18:00.
There is also an option to choose Venipak or DPD parcel locker delivery during checkout.

Note: Not all items are eligible for parcel locker delivery. If you purchase such an item, we will contact you directly.

Free delivery is usually available for orders over €150, unless stated otherwise during special promotions.

PLEASE NOTE: AMMUNITION/FIREARMS CANNOT BE SHIPPED. THEY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IN-STORE WITH A VALID PERMIT.

International Delivery

Most of International items are delivered by the receiver's country's national post (like USPS, Royal Mail and etc.).
The delivery can take about 2-4 weeks via postal service. It depends in which country it has to be delivered.
All our shipments have tracking numbers. It can be tracked in your country's national post tracking system.

• Shipments to EU countries may be carried by DPD.
The delivery can take about 1-2 weeks. It depends on the country it’s being delivered to.
• DHL/UPS is a premium shipping option and the delivery can take up to 1 week. It depends in which country it has to be delivered.

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays are not business days. If you have any questions, please contact us.
• Shipments are made from our warehouse in Lithuania, EU (European Union). If shipped to another EU country, NO additional import duties, taxes or charges will be applied by your country's customs.

International Buyers: Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts".

Returns

If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
If the product is defective or faulty, we will cover all return shipping costs.
